Silly Fish Learning aim to be a leading provider of high class creative education. To that end, we’re regularly looking for more people to help us in our mission. Below are some of our opportunities for you to join our team. Check back regularly for updates!
Drama Teachers/ Workshop Facilitators
Silly Fish Learning Ltd are setting up new drama clubs in primary schools in South Liverpool.
We are looking for a talent pool of drama teachers/workshop facilitators to assist and eventually lead our sessions.
All successful candidates will be required to assist for a minimum of four sessions before they can lead classes. This helps to ensure consistency for all groups by familiarising staff with our structure and way of teaching.
Hours will be assigned on an ad hoc basis, based on the requirement of Silly Fish and the availability of each member of the talent pool.
Rates of pay are:
Assistants: £12 per hour
Leaders: £17 per hour
Ideally, candidates will have a background in drama and/or education and experience of running creative workshops with kids.
All staff are required to hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and undergo Safeguarding training. If you already hold an Enhanced DBS, this is an advantage but if not we can organise this for you.
All leaders are required to hold a current paediatric first aid certificate. This training will be provided if you have not already undertaken a course.
To apply, please submit a CV and cover letter to [email protected]
