The first time I made Love Bugs, I was staying at a friend’s apartment in romantic Prague, and it couldn’t have felt more appropriate.

Years later, I’m sitting in the office making a video for our followers, waiting for a lockdown Valentine’s Day!

Keep the kid’s entertained this Valentine’s weekend by making Love Bugs using our image or video tutorials.

And if you like this craft, don’t forget to share the love!

Repeat this process all the way around the circle until you have a dome.
Step six in the Love Bug craft tutorial
Stick a second paper circle underneath the dome to secure the edges.
Step seven in the Love Bugs craft tutorial
Fold the red paper in half and cut one large and one small heart for each bug, using the fold line as the centre point for each heart.

Fold the white paper in half and, while folded, cut a small circle. This will leave you with two circles of the same size. Draw pupils and you have eyes!
